If you aren't satisfied with your Hard Jewelry purchase, we offer quick and easy returns through our returns portal.

We offer Checkout+ to help cover return shipping costs. Customers who opt in will receive a free return shipping label. Customers who opt out can buy a label through the portal. 

You may return any jewelry for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

If any product you received is wrong, missing, defective, or you are experiencing trouble with our accounts portal - please reach out to our Customer Care team. We will fix any mistakes, on our dime.
